Teen Enrollment

Thank you for enrolling at Actor’s Edge! Please fill in your information below.

$99 non-refundable deposit, or other listed fee, required to enroll. This payment will be collected on the next page and goes toward your tuition.  The remaining balances listed below assume the $99 deposit has already been paid.  

 

Monthly Payment Amounts / Due Dates:  
3 monthly payments of $142 due on 1/14, 2/11,  and 3/11, and half a months payment of $71 due on 4/8.

 

Discounts for upfront payments: Often times discounts are offered if payment is made in full on the first day of class.  You’ll receive an email before the first day of class listing any potential discounts offered for your session.

 

IMPORTANT: If full payment is not made up front and payments aren’t made in another form on or before their due dates, the card you use to enroll will automatically be charged monthly payments on their due dates, regardless of attendance.

 

I understand that I am enrolling in, or am responsible for enrolling a student in a class at Actor’s Edge for a total cost listed above.  By enrolling, and putting down a $99 deposit I am agreeing to pay that amount in full regardless of attendance.   

 

Parent or legal guardian must enroll student under 18 years of age.

 

If a student under the age of 18 is enrolling, by checking the box above, agreeing with these terms and conditions, you are also certifying that you are the parent or legal guardian of the student enrolling and have read and agreed to these terms.

 

Actor’s Edge IS A TALENT TRAINING SERVICE. THIS IS NOT A TALENT AGENCY CONTRACT. ONLY A TALENT AGENT LICENSED PURSUANT TO SECTION 1700.5 OF THE LABOR CODE MAY ENGAGE IN THE OCCUPATION OF PROCURING, OFFERING, PROMISING, OR ATTEMPTING TO PROCURE EMPLOYMENT OR ENGAGEMENTS FOR AN ARTIST. Actor’s Edge IS PROHIBITED BY LAW FROM OFFERING OR ATTEMPTING TO OBTAIN AUDITIONS OR EMPLOYMENT FOR YOU. IT MAY ONLY PROVIDE YOU WITH TRAINING. FOR MORE INFORMATION, CONSULT CHAPTER 4.5 (COMMENCING WITH SECTION 1701) OF PART 6 OF DIVISION 2 OF THE LABOR CODE. A DISPUTE ARISING OUT OF THE PERFORMANCE OF THE CONTRACT BY THE TALENT SERVICE THAT IS NOT RESOLVED TO THE SATISFACTION OF THE ARTIST SHOULD BE REFERRED TO A LOCAL CONSUMER AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT OR LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT, AS APPROPRIATE.

 

Your right to cancel: You may cancel this contract and obtain a full refund, without any penalty or obligation, if notice of cancellation is given, in writing, within 10 business days from the enrollment date or the date on which you commence utilizing the services under the contract, whichever is longer. For purposes of this section, business days are Monday through Friday. To cancel this contract send the notification blow to: act@actorsedge.com

 

Cancellation Notice: “I hereby cancel this contract. Dated: Artist Signature.” If you cancel, all fees you have paid must be refunded to you within 10 business days after delivery of the cancellation notice to the talent service.

 

Property Right

 

All material written, created, or performed by students for this class, and any product thereof, becomes the property of the Actor’s Edge. Actor’s Edge reserves the right to use all material created or performed in class, as well as student’s face and likeness, at its own discretion, including for marketing, promotional, or commercial purposes.

 

This includes, but is not limited to, the right to distribute the video from class on this website and on dvd at the end of the season.
